Refund policy
Shipping Rates
- Calculated through Shopify at the time of Checkout. The calculations are based on Canada Post rates and are subject to change.
- Free delivery and porch pick-up are available in London and the surrounding area.
Refunds & returns
- All custom orders are final (as they cannot be resold).
- Pre-made items have a 2-week return for full or partial refund depending on the reason for return.
- We look at all returns & refunds on a case-by-case basis.
- Pictures may be requested for proof if the item(s) are damaged or broken upon delivery.
Custom Orders
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when the order is placed and must be paid before the order is started.
- Refund may be available this is done on a case-by-case basis.
- Proofs will be sent to the customer for approval and work will only continue once the customer approves proof. Unless stated otherwise.
- Orders can take up to 2 weeks to complete. Depending on the size and complexity of the order, the delivery date may change. The customer will be notified should this be the case.
